The Plumb Memorial Library holds Bi-weekly Brawl tournaments in their Conference Room. The last one was March 22nd and they will be holding another on April 5th.

Prize:
First gets a large portion of the pize pool, the actual amount depends on how many people show up. Second usually gets a smaller portion but the amount is always atleast their entry fee back at the absolute minimum. The prize pool is all the entry fees put together minus about 5$ (this allows the person who holds them to provide free food and drink).
Format:
3 Stock Best 2/3, Random stage, choose your character at the beginning of each round.
